The suggested dose of daily Forever aloe is 60-120mls. So one tub based on that dosage lasts 9 -17 days.
Ideally drink it first thing in the morning on an empty tum and don't have any hot drinks for about 20 minutes.
You can split the daily dose and have half at bed time too. I do this so that the aloe is doing it's thing all through the night too!

Once you have opened your aloe drink, keep it in the fridge and shake well before using it as the drink is rich is aloe pulp.
