Along with healthy eating, I find that doing high intensity exercise for just 10 minutes a day really helps you to not only burn fat but also as a bonus it really tones you up and builds muscle, so you get a great shape.

As you can see, it's a 7 day challenge. I did find this tough as first, but I got a friend to do it too, each in our own homes, and we would message each day when we'd done it.
