Cinnamon To Burn Belly Fat
Cinnamon is an amazing spice. Did you know that it is thought to turn our white fat cells (the ones that create belly fat) into brown fat (good fat) which can then be used by our body for energy? What a great, natural way to lose fat and weight! Recipe below.

Cinnamon Milk Recipe
Here's how I make cinnamon milk.
I use goats milk as it is really good for you but you can use soya, dairy, almond, rice milk etc. but make sure you use unsweetened. I don't like the taste personally when I use other types of milk.

Simply pour 1 cup of milk into a saucepan and gently heat until it is warm.

Pour back into the cup.

Then add just a quarter or half of a teaspoon of cinnamon powder into the milk and stir.

I then add a little honey too.
Drink. Enjoy!
