How To Make Lemon Water

Beware of shop bought lemon water as it may contain sugar/additives etc.

It's SO simple to make your own, here's how I do it.

  • Buy bottled still water.

  • Don't refrigerate it as this works best if the water is warm, certainly not chilled.

  • Pour 12oz into a glass.

  • Take a fresh lemon and slice in half.

  • Squeeze the juice into a bowl and add a tablespoon to the glass of water. Stir.

  • Add a straw to protect your teeth and sip/drink.

Most people see some results after about 2 weeks. Drinking lemon water is good for your health so it's something I always do regardless of my weight.

I've put another lemon water recipe below for anyone who wants faster results.

We are all different so this recipe may suit you better than the plain lemon water recipe- or the plain one may be best. Personally I prefer the plain lemon water, and my tummy prefers it too.

Here's how to make it:

  • Pour 12oz of bottle still water into a glass.

  • Take a fresh lemon and slice in half.

  • Squeeze the juice into a bowl and add a tablespoon to the glass of water.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

  • Stir

  • Add a straw to protect your teeth and sip/drink.
