Protein Shake Recipes
I hope you will love these recipes for shakes, pancakes and power bites as much as I do!
You can use any shake powder but I use Lite Ultra (plant based, natural flavourings and no fillers) and the recipes are designed around it so I can't guarantee the taste with other brands.
Mission
I love raspberries and berries are so good for you! You can use any milk, but I like either coconut milk or goats milk. If you use almond or rice milk make sure they don't contain sugar.
To lose weight, simply try replacing one or two meals with a protein shake ad have a healthy balanced meal each day.
To gain weight, have the shakes in addition to healthy eating.
